Generally, it is best suited for children in Years 2 – 4, but every child is different so you may find younger or older children will also be able to enjoy it; just be aware that some children and/or activities will need adult support.

It can be very difficult to get children between 6–12 years old to brush their teeth as they become more independent, so My Teeths aims to help kids get involved in looking after them by learning good habits and knowing more about them.

Each box contains 5+ different teeth-related items, encouraging children to get involved in their own dental care through an array of hassle-free activities for them to do throughout the month; from shared amusements (like a game or puzzle) to solo entertainment (like reading a story, comic or poem). There’s colouring pages, craft ideas and origami guidance for arty types, and for those that like getting hands on, there’s helpful brushing tools, like mirrors and disclosing chews. For children that favour visuals resources, there are flashcards, posters and quizzes; there are even collectable teeth for those that can’t resist collecting things. The monthly newsflash 'Flavour' has a different monthly focus based on current campaigns or relevant conventions; and to celebrate brushing, each box will contain a brushing chart and day+night stickers for the coming month. Just add the relevant sticker to the day/night spot after brushing to encourage twice daily brushing – usually once in the morning and once before going to sleep. A toothbrush will arrive every 3 boxes as a reminder to change it, as recommended by the NHS (though please change sooner if you notice the bristles are damaged or splayed). And to top it all off… a certificate in Box 12 to congratulate their efforts for the year. Our aim is to send your box each month so it arrives a few days before the new month starts. The cut-off to receive a box for the following month is the 20th of the month before, so if you order after the 20th, expect your initial box to come at the end of the next month.

Example – for orders placed 21st May, expect the first box to arrive at the end of June with content for July.

You will be emailed with a Royal Mail tracking number to let you know when your box is arriving.

Yes they can! Just simply ‘Add on a Sibling’ (maximum x2) to your order with a corresponding 6 or 12 month purchase. Please note, some activities will be shared or duplicated, but toothbrushing charts, stickers, toothbrushes, collectables, posters, disclosing chews and certificates will be per child.
