After ordering, look out for your ‘ORDER ACCEPTED’ email which verifies that your order has gone through

It's always exciting to receive something just for you, so please feel free to put Miss/Master or your child's name on the shipping address so we can address it straight to them! 

We’ll aim to send your boxes so they arrive a few days before the new month starts. However, if ordered after the 20th of the month, please expect your initial box to arrive at the end of the following month.
